This Courtyards plan 1 had tried the auction route which failed, but had gone back to the traditional way of selling, and it looks like it worked as it’s now in escrow.. The price has been increased back up to $475,000. Some nice contemporary paint colors, and a floor plan that does offer a den that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. A bit high on price, most recent comps have been in the mid $400,000s. Master bedroom is private on the 3rd level of the unit. We’ll see how they do this time around – I think without the gimmick of the auction they’ll actually do better. I’ll post again once it closes.
