The Bungalows at Escala offer 2-story plans, with 2 and 3 bedroom layouts. These homes feature either large private backyards/patios or private decks. Homes come with either a 1-car garage + assigned parking space or 2-car garages. Prices typically range from the high $700,000s to the high $900,000s.
Why the Bungalows? One of the smaller communities within Escala, the Bungalows have advantages from being 2-story units vs. 3-story (fewer stairs always seem preferred), only 3 units in a building, and 2 of the 3 floor plans have the always popular patio yards. The Bungalows Plan 1, while the smallest floor plan in all of Escala, is efficiently laid out with very little wasted space.
Why not the Bungalows? Other than the plan 1 which offers a split bedroom floor plan, the Bungalows Plan 2 and Plan 3 both have bedrooms adjacent to each other on the top floor, so not great privacy for roommates or guests. The kitchens on the plan 1 and plan 2 are truly open-concept as has become more popular.
