Villas

The Villas at Escala are the only detached homes in the development.
These homes feature either 2 bedrooms with a den or retreat, or 3 bedrooms, all with 2.5 baths, and all include 2-car garages, as well as private yards or patios. Prices typically range from the low $900,000s to the mid $1,000,000s.

Why the Villas? As the only detached homes in the entire Escala community, there are ZERO walls shared with neighbors for the best privacy in Mission Valley. HOA fees are also the lowest in the community as each owner is responsible for their entire home inside and out. The Villas ALL have private patio/yards, versus just a handful of the floor plans in the other communities.

Why not the Villas? All 3 of the floor plans in the Villas are 3-story, so for some, stairs are an issue. All Villas bedrooms are on the same top floor of each home, so less privacy for roommates.
