After about 2 months on the market, this Bridges Plan 2 now in escrow. This is another in the collection of investor hitting the market on the same day as a plan 1 as well. Another former model, so some interesting upgrades like the tile floors with granite inserts on the main level and some nice built-ins, but also lots of basics like carpet and white tile counters in the baths as well. Price right though as it’s slightly more expensive than the plan 1 that was just listed. I think they’ve got a shot. I’ll post again once it closes.
