Not long after the tenant moved out this sharp unit at the Terraces is now under contract. This is the largest model in the community, the plan 3. Dark shutters, wood floors, granite countertops, upgraded bath rooms, stainless and higher-end appliances – this one is loaded. Premium price for the Terraces, but certainly a premium product. We’ll see how the market reacts to a unit at this price point without the coveted patio yard, but I think they’ve got a chance. The recent price reduction can only help the cause. I’ll post again once it closes.
