The Verandas boast the largest sized units on average in the development. Prices typically range from the low $900,000s to the high $1,000,000s.
Why the Verandas? Offering probably the most diverse floor plans for any of the Escala neighborhoods, lots to choose from in terms of styles. Loft master bedrooms and high ceilings in the Plan 1s and Plan 2s, a private patio yard and no stairs in the plan 3, and a great deck/balcony for the plan 4.
Why not the Verandas? While no doubt some of the most popular choices in Escala, the Plan 4s and directly on top of the Plan 3s, so less privacy than most in Escala. The Plan 1s and Plan 2s are both 3 story floor plans, so stairs may be an issue for some buyers.
