After about a month on the market, this plan 2 listing at the Bridges offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms has expired on the MLS. This one is located on the edge of the community, so some views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. Some nice flooring upgrades and stainless steel appliances, but also white tile countertops. Price appears to be pushing it a bit, I’d think this one will sell for under the asking price more in line with the most recent sales. The new price reduction was done I’m sure just to spur more auto e-mails. I’ll post again if it comes back on the market.
