This Courtyards plan 1 has been reduced yet again, this time to another range price of $454,900 to $469,900. Based on the success of the last one, expect this one to move quickly as well if they’re somewhat flexible on the price. Some upgrades like granite in the kitchen, marble in the bathrooms. This one is also situated in a location with a view corridor. Not a bad price either as it’s still under $500,000 for a 2 bedroom + den or optional 3rd bedroom. We’ll see if this latest reduction does the trick, but such small reductions usually don’t do much – better to make a larger move and stay strong in my opinion.
