After being in escrow for a couple of weeks this Bridges plan 1 is back on the market. This particular unit has some upgraded wood flooring on the main level but not much beyond that in the way of upgrades other than some paint and stainless steel appliances. It’s price a lot less though than the model match that hit the market yesterday, so I’d think this one will be the first one of the two to sell. Interesting to see more inventory slowly building up at least at The Bridges while inventory in the rest of Escala remains near all-time lows like we’ve been experiencing for the past several months. We’ll see how long it takes to sell this time around.
