This plan 2 listing at the Bridges that looks out onto the hill at the back of the community is now in escrow after less than a week after coming back on the market. Most notable upgrade being Brazilian cherry floors on the main level. It was a pretty wide asking price range from $459,000 to $479,000 – I think the high end of that price range is just for show and can’t imagine a buyer going that high given the past sales in the market. Good to see more inventory starting to come on the market. I’ll post again once it closes and we’ll see how they did supposing it closes this time.
