This plan 1 listing at the Bridges is now in escrow after about 2 weeks on the market. Contrary to the comments on the listing, I’d disagree and say this one is just slightly upgraded over builder standards with Corian counters in the kitchen, and laminate flooring on the main level. Lots of carpet, white appliances, and nothing else to speak of other than the fact that it is clean and ready to go for the next owner. The asking price makes sense, but based on the lack of upgrades, I’d imagine this one will have to take less or lower the price to sell unless they find someone eager to make a move. I’ll post again once it closes.
