This Bungalows plan 1 has finally closed escrow for $435,000, about $14,000 less then the asking price. Other than the 1-car garage and and a set of stairs, unit is exclusively one level. Some nice countertop and cabinetry upgrades. Also, this might be the only plan 1 in the entire community that lowered the drywall shelf in the kitchen island for a much more usable and open space.
