At the Bridges this nicely upgraded plan 2 has been at least temporarily withdrawn from the market. It’s notably overpriced though, probably by about 10%. New counters, floors, etc, but it’s just a hard sell when most Bridges plan 1s and 2s have sold for less than $430,000. I’ll post again once it’s back up for sale.
