This Bridges plan 1 is now in escrow after a few recent price reductions. Some recent updates including flooring and white painted kitchen cabinets. This plan 1 does have the original builder option for a fireplace. Original tile countertops but stainless and black appliances. Price still feels quite high to me for a Bridges plan 1, but with low inventory… I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
