Not long after a price reduction on this Verandas plan 2, this home is now in escrow. Fairly standard in terms of upgrades, this unit has tile flooring, black quartz countertops, and a mix of white and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Not much in the way of upgrades in the master bathroom. We’ll see if there’s an appetite at this price but this does feel a bit high to me no surprise to see the 2nd reduction – which seemed to do the trick as it got closer to $600,000. I’ll post again once it closes escrow. As of this post, just 3 out of 770 properties in Escala are available.
