This Verandas plan 2 unit which was quietly being advertised for sale for the past few months is now formally on the market after no takers at $700,000. Fairly standard in terms of upgrades, this unit has tile flooring, black quartz countertops, and a mix of white and stainless appliances in the kitchen.
