After about 10 days on the market, this plan 2 listing at the Bridges offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which was for sale about 18 months ago is now in escrow. This one is located on the edge of the community, so some views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. Some nice flooring upgrades and stainless steel appliances, but also white tile countertops. Price appears to be pushing it just a bit but with 2979 Escala Circle closing for $460,000 recently, a better chance this time around certainly. I’ll post again once it closes.
