This Courtyards plan 1 listing is now back on the market and has raised the asking price to $539,000. A bit hard to get past all of the furnishings and clothing in the pictures, but it looks like it has some pretty decent upgrades from laminate floors to window treatments to granite countertops and some (but not all) stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Price seems to be in line with the most recent comparable sales for the Courtyards, so I think this one will go fairly quickly again.
