After about a month on the market and a price reduction, this Verandas plan 1 has is now in escrow. Upgrades like granite countertops, wood floors, and neutral paint. Based on the original asking price, no surprise to see it take a bit longer to go into escrow. No takers though in the first month, so no surprise to see a price adjustment given the market, and also the subsequent contract on it shortly after the price adjustment. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
