This Terraces plan 2 has sold for $530,000. Some decent upgrades such as wood floors on the main level, granite countertops in the kitchen (although with white appliances) and upstairs bathrooms. Nice tile floors in the entry level den. Not a bad price based on the comparable sales. This sale will be contingent though on the seller finding suitable replacement property, which might be the only sticking point, but didn’t seem to hold things up. Congratulations to the new owner!
