At the Terraces this end-unit plan 3 in now in escrow after just about a week on the market. This one is on the edge of the community so a bit more unique in that it offers views across the valley towards the canyons of Kensington & Normal Heights. Some solid flooring upgrades like travertine floors in the entry and wood floors on the main level, as well as some upgrades in the kitchen like Caeaserstone counter tops. Just the white tile in the bathrooms though. A bit high in terms of asking price so we’ll see if there’s enough demand for this plan in the community right now – looks like there was – I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
