Short-sale approval is finally in for this Terraces plan 2, so it should be just a few more weeks before it closes escrow. It’ll be interesting to see if the asking price holds or if an appraisal by the bank will push it over the mid $400,000s like the last several sales in the Terraces. Granite countertops and backsplash, engineered wood flooring. Not much to else report here yet but if it does come back on the market I’ll post more information. I’ll report back once it closes.
