This Verandas plan 2 has finally closed escrow for $540,000 – just above the bottom end of the value range. You might have to ignore the furnishings and clutter, but a lot of nice upgrades on this one like travertine, granite, stainless appliances, etc. An interesting sheers treatment adds a bit more privacy from the 3rd floor master bedroom loft. I’d expect this one will move more quickly than the competition based on the price and condition, but just a little slower thanks to the price increase.
