A little strange, but while in escrow this short-sale has reduced in price. Probably an indication of what it’ll sell for. Inventory building up a bit – now 5 active listings at the Villas. Some nice upgrades but “relaxed” housekeeping. I think this one probably doesn’t sell above $500,000 but we’ll see… I’ll post again once the bank approves the offer.
