This traditional sale plan 2 at the Terraces has finally gone into escrow. Not much of a move, but we’ll see if it makes a difference. Nice cabinetry, flooring, and countertop upgrades, as well as neutral paint and still a reasonable price based on the last sales of this particular model… The Terraces market has been better as of late, so hopefully they’ll sell this time around even with such a small reduction. I’ll post again once it closes. Nice little flurry of sales around Thanksgiving which is a promising sign as we wrap up 2014.
