This Villas plan 1 has at least temporarily been taken off the market. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and arched doorways. A little sparse on the upgrades beyond that though including the original tile countertops in the kitchen. Can’t ask for much of a better market thermometer than this – if it sells fast, it’s proof that buyers can overlook appearances and some less than stellar photos, and if not, well, that stuff still matters. I’ll post again if/when it comes back on the market.
