This plan 2 at the Terraces, clean and ready for the next owner, is now in escrow after less than 2 weeks on the market. Some upgrades from wood flooring to high-end carpet to slab granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. A closet has been added to the den downstairs to make it a true 3rd bedroom, although no bathroom on that level.
