This Verandas plan 2 is now back on the market after falling out of escrow. It might look a bit familiar as it was on the market a couple of years ago but did not sell. Upgrades on this one include granite countertops and some laminate flooring, as well as some custom tile work in the master bathroom. The price feels quite high for a plan 2 compared with the most recent model-match sales.
