This Verandas plan 2 is now at least temporarily off the market.  It might look a bit familiar as it was on the market a couple of years ago but did not sell.  Upgrades on this one include granite countertops and some laminate flooring, as well as some custom tile work in the master bathroom.  The price feels high for a plan 2 compared with the most recent model-match sales.   We’ll see if this one is able to get a buyer to jump for a clean product in a good location in the community not far from the pool/clubhouse, etc. I’ll post again once it’s back up for sale.
