This Bridges Plan 2 listing now in escrow after about 2 weeks on the market.  This one is about as entry-level as it gets in terms of upgrades or the lack thereof.  I know the market is hot, but needing updating and basics like carpet and paint from top to bottom, and just under $700,000, I just don’t see it, however, 2 weeks in… we’ll see what it eventually closes for.
