This upgraded plan 2 at the Bridges has been at least temporarily withdrawn from the market.  This 3-story townhome has upgrades from travertine tile floors to granite countertops to a custom glass bar in the kitchen.  This particular unit also has the optional fireplace.  The price STILL feels very high for a Bridges plan 2 based on recent comps, but with 3 true bedrooms and 3 full bath, maybe there’s a chance?  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
