This Bridges Plan 2 listing has closed escrow for $5,000 under the asking price at $690,000  This one is about as entry-level as it gets in terms of upgrades or the lack thereof.  I know the market is hot, but needing updating and basics like carpet and paint from top to bottom, and just under $700,000, I just don’t see it, however, 2 weeks in… Someone stepped up.  Congratulations to the new owner.
