This Verandas plan 1 listing has finally closed escrow for an impressive $612,950 – well above the most recent model match sales which had all been below $600,000. A few more modern upgrades than most such as glass closet doors, and some custom paint and window treatments. With a nice presentation, some wood floors, granite countertops, I think people will take a look at it, but I’m still very surprised a buyer was willing to go this high for a plan 1. Amazing market and we’ll see if this sale sets a new benchmark or ends up being an outlier. Congratulations to the new owner!
