After about a month on the market, this Bridges plan 2 listing is now under contract. This unit has a some upgrades like wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and Caeserstone countertops. With a model match reducing yesterday to be in line with low end of the price range, it’ll be interesting to see which ones sells first. Looks like the upgrades may have won out over a lower price. I’ll post again once this closes escrow.
