This more contemporary plan 1 at the Villas has been been taken off the market. This particular home of course offers the patio yard along with 2 bedrooms and an office/loft that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. It’s been tastefully upgraded with a more contemporary flair including upgraded flooring and stone accents, window treatments, lighting, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and built-ins in the office/loft. Priced in-line with the nicer of the recent plan 1 sales, no reason to expect this one to last long at all either, but nobody jumped up for it. I’ll post again if they put it back up for sale.
