After about a week on the market, this Verandas plan 4 is now in escrow. Other than 1 set of stairs at the entry, all of the living space is on one level. All-in-all it’s the largest of all of the floor plans in Escala, even larger than a Villas plan 4. Some upgrades you might expect like granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, and some upgraded tile floors as well in the kitchen and bathrooms. A nice level of carpet in the bedrooms and in the main living space. The price seems pretty reasonable based on the square footage, and a large balcony, no reason to think this one will last on the market long at all which it didn’t. I’ll post again once it closes.
