This Verandas plan 2 is now finally in escrow. Some more traditional and tasteful upgrades on this one like wood floors, granite countertops, and upgraded tiles in the bathrooms. It would have been interesting to see if this can be the listing that establishes a sales price above $550,000 for this model – looks like not, so we’ll see how they do with this latest reduction. The little run-up in prices at the Verandas for plan 1s and 2s seems to be slowing down a bit lately. I’ll post again once it closes.
