This Terraces plan 2 is now in escrow after a couple of months on the market. The unit had previously been on the market, but now has new carpet and paint. This 2 bedroom townhome has a den on the entry level for 3 separate rooms although no bathroom on the entry level. A bit of a different look than most in Escala with white countertops and white appliances. Upgrades include tile flooring, granite countertops, and ceiling fans. The price is in-line with the most recent comparable sales, but it might be a question of the design on this one as it’s a little outside of the box. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
