This Courtyards Plan 1 is now in escrow – very impressive as it was listed the same day as a model match bank owned property as well. This one is price about $28,000 higher though with fewer upgrades. You’ll find some engineered wood floors and some granite countertops in the kitchen, but not too much else to report. It’ll certainly surprise me if this one sells more quickly than 2638 Matera Lane. We’ll see. Traditional sale at this price. Inventory slowly starting to build up again… I’ll post again once it closes – didn’t see this one coming!
