The Bridges
The Bridges offer 3-story plans that share a common motor court in back. These more flexible layouts maximize the feeling of space and solitude, many with separated bedroom, den, and dining room options. Prices typically range from the high $600,000s to the mid $800,000s.
Why the Bridges? Often times the least expensive homes in Escala, most of the Bridges floor plans have bedrooms on different levels, so more privacy for roommates and guests. The Plan 1 has a larger kitchen than most, the Plan 2 a main level bedroom, the Plan 3 a large great room, and the Plan 4 one of the best in Escala with 1 bedroom on each of 3 levels.
Why not the Bridges? Arguably the most dense community in Escala, with more homes in a smaller amount of space than the others. Over the years the roommate-friendly floor plans have led to more and more investors buying in the Bridges community for rentals, making guest parking more difficult to find than anywhere else in Escala.
