This plan 2 listing at the Villas is now in escrow after about a month on the market. Granite counter tops and wood flooring on the main level, but pretty light in terms of upgrades overall as this one is pretty much original. This particular home has the always in-demand patio yard and one that’s a little bigger than most. This model has the option for a true 3rd bedroom vs. just a completely open office like the plan 1. With scarce inventory at the Villas for months expect this one to get lots of attention and it’ll be interesting to see where in the wide price range it’ll end up. We’ll see if they were able to get middle or high end of the range after about 30 days to sell. I’ll post again once it closes.
