Several months later this short-sale at the Villas has finally closed escrow for $505,000. This plan 2 was asking about 10% less than other model matches in the Villas at the time, so no surprise to see this one to get plenty of looks from value seeking Escala buyers. Some room for improvement in terms of paint and carpet, but it does have a patio yard of course and a nice kitchen with granite countertops.
