This Verandas plan 1 is now in escrow after a few weeks on the market. Some decent upgrades like wood flooring on the master bedroom and living space levels, granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and front loading washer/dryer. The price does feel just a bit high for a plan 1 without the extra dining room/optional 3rd bedroom/optional den like the larger plan 2 has, but with limited inventory, not a terrible price for over 1600 sq ft. I’ll post again once it closes.
