This Villas plan 1 has been at least temporarilly removed from the market. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and arched doorways. A little sparse on the upgrades beyond that though including the original tile countertops in the kitchen. Can’t ask for much of a better market thermometer than this – if it sells fast, it’s proof that buyers can overlook appearances and some less than stellar photos, and if not, well, that stuff still matters. I’ll post again if it comes back on the market.
